Shipping

All orders placed on working days before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, pending availability and credit verification. All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped by PostNL, within EU via GLS and outside EU with UPS.

We are quick to pick and pack your order, therefore we cannot change your order or cancel it after your purchase has been confirmed. If you have changed your mind, you can return your order to us by post, return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility. Please visit our returns section to view all your return options.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will be for customer cost. 

LOST PACKAGES

Packages might, unfortunately, get lost in transit. Gray Label is responsible for all packages from our warehouse until they arrive at the customers address. We will always provide you with the products or a full refund. There are however some official steps we have to take to first track down your order.

1. First is for you to get in contact with the shipment provider. Post NL in the Netherlands, GLS in Europe en UPS in the rest of the world. Please find your local phone number online.

2. Most packages will usually find its way to the final address in 2 weeks, if this is not the case, please contact us at service@gray-label.com
