Customs & import fees

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU, such as to the United States, may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot inform you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be good to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges. If you refuse a shipment from Gray Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gray Label. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
