The brand was founded by Emily Gray Ten years ago, with the desire to bring calmness to the hectic world of children’s fashion by designing minimalistic collections in which the purity of a child emerges best. Gray Label strives to integrate sustainable and responsible practices in all their processes. The brand uses organic cotton and works with 100% GOTS certified manufacturers. Our e-commerce activities are growing and we need to keep up. For our headquarters we

are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our E-commerce team. You will be operating throughout the whole funnel and helping optimize the complete customer journey. You will be attracting new traffic through a variety of paid and organic channels, analyzing and optimizing website and landing page performance to improve conversion, and implementing and managing marketing automations to activate customers. Besides, you will continuously run experiments, analyze results, report on the outcomes and iterate the process to create sustainable growth based on insights and learnings.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and data-driven approach to marketing, experience with operating online advertising channels (Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram), an understanding of the marketing funnel, and knowledge on how to optimize the customer journey to achieve the highest possible conversion rates and ROI. 
Besides, you are creative, hands-on and flexible, have lots of motivation and countless new ideas, understand the importance of brand identity, can work independently, and genuinely want to make a difference and help accelerate our growth.

The position is full-time and directly available at our headquarters in Amsterdam. Together with the E-commerce manager you will be responsible to achieve the set targets and online growth.
