Shipping & Returns

All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped by PostNL. The orders within Europe 1+2 will be handled via GLS and we ship with UPS to Europe 3 and outside Europe. Below you can find the delivery costs per country.

 

We are quick to pick and pack your order, therefore we cannot change your order or cancel it after your purchase has been confirmed.
If you have changed your mind, you can return your order to us by post, return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility. Please visit our returns section to view all your return options.

Nurture, Natural Perfume

On our Perfume special shipment rates are applicable. Normal shipping rules apply to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING

For EU all prices on the website are shown including 21% VAT. 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges. If you refuse a shipment from Gray Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gray Label. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

DELIVERY TIME

The Netherlands

Within The Netherlands PostNL states to deliver envelopes and packages within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed (and paid) from Monday through Friday before 1PM, will be delivered within two working days. You will receive your order 2 working days at the latest after we have received your payment.

Europe & Other Countries

Envelopes will be sent via Priority Mail which is twice as fast as standard shipping. Estimated shipping times within the Europe 1+2 are 1 to 3 working days. Estimated shipping times for all other countries are also between 1 to 3 working days. Packages within Europe 1+2 will be shipped by GLS. Estimated shipping times within Europe 1+2 are 1 to 3 days. Europe 3 and outside Europe orders will be send by UPS. Please note that all the information is an estimate given by PostNL, GLS and UPS so we cannot guarantee any delivery times based on this information.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following working day, pending availability and credit verification, and will be shipped within two working days. Orders received on weekends or National Holidays will begin processing the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight shipping at this time.

RETURNS

Gray Label will gladly accept returns. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Gray Label will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.

Exchanging for an items not possible. The order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the online store.

All returns should be accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return and whish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. The returned items will be refunded to the same card or account that they were paid from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Gray Label recommends sending your return with traceable post, so please keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer. Lost packages will not be refunded.

If Gray Label sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defect upon arrival, notify Gray Label within 30 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.
