Gray Label will offer a full refund within 30 days the date of delivery. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Gray Label will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items. Online orders must be returned by post and can't be returned in store for a refund.
Online orders can not be refunded in our store, items you have purchased online can only be exchanged in the store for a different size or colour. No cash back or store credits can be issued.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 5 days after receiving your order at email@example.com in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request.
We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and the reason for failure. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of Gray Label and will be judged reasonable.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.
This is how you return
1. Please return your products accompanied by the Return Form you received with your package. Make sure to fill in the entire form and the code that best explains the reason for your return or exchange.
2. In case you are not in the possession of the document anymore, you can find it here: Return Form.
3. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging and with the original hangtags.
4. Attach the address label to your parcel and use any of your preferred shipping methods. Return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.
If you have any questions about your return, that are not answered on the Return Form, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your question and order number. Do not forget to specify if it is a return or an exchange and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.
Gray Label cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in return transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
