Gray Label will offer a full refund within 30 days the date of delivery. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Gray Label will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. The total return order must be shipped together in one package. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items. Online orders must be returned by post to our warehouse location (not a pick-up point) and can't be returned in store for a refund.

Please keep in mind: Return packages that do not contain an ordernumber, return form or customer details inside, cannot be processed as a return parcel. Without any information, no refund can be processed.  


Please note: shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by Gray Label. Gray Label is not responsible for paying the import duties of your package. Depending on the origin of the return package, you may be required to pay tax, customs fees, or other import duties. If the import fees are not paid beforehand, the return will not be accepted.”

This is how you return:

  1. Please reuse our box and dust bag. Close the box securely, using sufficient tape.

  3. Fill in your details to create a return label. Our return labels for Gray Label are for your own expanse.

  4. Print the return label and place it on your package. 

  5. Take it to your preferred drop off point.

Returns from outside of Europe

This is how you return:

  1. Please reuse our box and dust bag. Close the box securely, using sufficient tape.

  2. Fill out the Return Form that was included with your order. 

  3. Include the Return Form in your package and close the box securely. 

  4. Take the box to your local post office and send it to:

    If you have any questions about your return, that are not answered on the Return Form, please contact us at with your question and order number. Do not forget to specify if it is a return or an exchange and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.

    Gray Label cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in return transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance. 


    Online orders can not be refunded in our store. Items you have purchased online can only be exchanged in it's original state (no signs of use and including the tagg) in the store for a different size or colour. No cash back or store credits can be issued.


    Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 5 days after receiving your order at in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request.


    We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and the reason for failure. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of Gray Label and will be judged reasonable.


    When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.
