Order Process & Payments

All orders placed before 02:00 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Gray Label strives for a seamless order process, so after you found your preferred products, selected the correct sizes, paid and completed your order you will receive 2 email notifications.

We are quick to pick and pack your order, therefore we cannot change your order or cancel it after your purchase has been confirmed. If you have changed your mind, you can return your order to us by post, return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility. Please visit our returns section to view all your return options.  

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please re-check your order for mistakes in sizes or an incorrect shipping address. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client's costs. In case of mistakes please contact as soon as possible at service@gray-label.com with the correct info.

2. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 days.
