Gray Label aims to bring calmness to the world of children's fashion by designing minimalist collections that bring out the purity of the child. Our label is proud to be 100% organic and GOTS certified. The collection consists of print-free, soft, unisex essentials and a handful of seasonal capsule collections.

We are looking for an experienced financial and administrative colleague. Do you like to take initiative, are you positive and curious? Then we're looking for you!

As a financial administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing the financial administration of Gray Label BV and you will be the right hand of the financial manager. You ensure that the financial administration is in order and runs smoothly.

Tasks (including)

- Invoicing and booking of purchase invoices.
- Debtors and creditors management.
- Processing of bank and cash books.
- Personnel-related administration.
- Contact with the accountant and payroll administration.

Ideal candidate

- Minimum completed vocational education (MBO) level 4 preferably in Business Administration or similar.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with Twinfield and Nmbrs is a plus.
- Reliable and collegial.
