Restore is an initiative by Gray Label born out of a desire to close the loop together. Your clothing has been gently used and still looks amazing – it deserves a second life. Now, from the comfort of home, you can send us your preloved items following the steps below, and we’ll reward you with a store voucher.

Step 1.
Collect your outgrown Gray Label favourites, wash them, and check if they are still in good condition. This means there should be no marks, stains, or damages, and care labels should still be attached. Fill out the below stated form to submit your items. Upload clear photos of each item. Please note we only accept clothing and do not accept underwear, swimwear, socks, undies, and tights.

Step 2.
Once we have received your request, we will carefully review the photos of your items to see if they are suitable for a new owner. We will inform you within 3 business days whether we can accept your items.

Step 3.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label by email to send the items to our Restore. Shipping costs are shared between you and us, so €3.50 will be deducted from your final voucher amount.

Step 4.
You get a fixed price for every product meeting our conditions in the form of a store voucher. The fixed prices are listed below. The voucher can be used on our online webshop and is valid for 12 months.

For every item you send us that meets our conditions, you will receive a fixed price in the form of a store voucher. This means you will know exactly what to expect for each piece you contribute. The store voucher can be used on our online webshop — giving you the flexibility to choose your new favourites.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date. So, gather up your gently loved Gray Label items and enjoy a fresh start with your new finds, all while being part of a circular story.
