Junior Wholesale Operations

Hours: 32–38 hours per weekLocation: Bosboom Toussaintstraat, Amsterdam headquarters

Gray Label is a sustainable, unisex, minimalist fashion brand for babies, children up to 12 years old, and grown-ups. Young, dynamic, and continuously evolving. With over 200 wholesale partners worldwide, a brand store in Amsterdam, and a strong online business, no two days are the same and there is always something new to learn.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Wholesale Operations Specialist who will strengthen and elevate wholesale operations across Gray Label.

ResponsibilitiesWholesale order managment

  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of wholesale orders, from confirmation through shipment.

  • Monitor order status and align deliveries with inventory availability and production timelines.

  • Ensure accurate order processing in ERP systems.

  • Coordinate shipping with warehouse and logistics partners.

Operational Coordination

  • Act as the key operational link between sales, supply chain, finance, logistics, and warehouse partners.

  • Align wholesale demand with inventory availability and shipping schedules.

  • Coordinate inbound deliveries and stock allocation across wholesale and e-commerce channels.

  • Support seasonal launches and wholesale deliveries.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate order, inventory, and shipment data.

  • Provide reports and insights on order status, deliveries, and stock levels.

  • Process Improvement

  • Identify and support improvements in workflows and cross-team coordination to increase efficiency and service levels.


Profile

  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and It’s Perfect.

  • Bachelor’s level of thinking and working in a commercial or administrative field with strong communication skills.

  • Proactive, independent and hands-on.

  • Affinity with sustainability.

  • Preferably based in or around Amsterdam.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
